Intellectual property
The Vibronautica name, logo, methodology, sound and vibrational journeys, training materials, texts and visual identity are the intellectual property of Vibronautica and its authors. The neurovibroacoustic approach, the structure of our sessions, and the produced sound journeys are original works, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law.
Name & trademark
"Vibronautica", "Vibronaut", and "Vibronautics Guardian" are used as distinctive marks of the project. They may not be used to name, promote, or deliver third-party services without written permission.
Use of training materials
Materials provided in the Initiatic and Guardian trainings — recordings, documents, and workbooks — are licensed for personal study by the enrolled participant. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to deliver paid sessions or trainings without authorisation. Becoming a facilitator requires completing the Guardian training and an explicit agreement.
Organisation
